Terms and Conditions of Use TK8

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and tk8 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use any part of the tk8 platform.

Tk8 provides an online betting platform covering Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, poker, e-sports, and various other game categories. All services are provided subject to the terms stated here as well as other relevant policies such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

By using the TK8 platform, you also confirm that you have read and understood Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines which forms part of the overall agreement between you and tk8.

To register and use the tk8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a person whose TK8 account has previously been closed or suspended due to a terms violation.
• Not register on behalf of or for the benefit of another individual.
• Not act as an agent or representative of any unauthorized organization.
• Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your area of residence regarding online betting activities.

Tk8 reserves the right at any time to request age and identity verification from any member. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account on tk8 at all times. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same name, phone number, email address, or device, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. The information you must submit includes:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• A valid and accurate date of birth.
• An active mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid and active email address used by you.
• Valid bank account details in your own name for withdrawal purposes.

The tk8 KYC (Know Your Customer) process is designed to protect the security of your account. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identity card, utility bill, or other supporting documents at any time, especially before your first withdrawal is processed or when cumulative amounts exceed certain limits.

You are fully responsible for keeping your TK8 account username and password secure. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including TK8 staff — our team will never ask for your password. Any activity that occurs in your account will be considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported a security breach to us.

Tk8 supports a variety of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian bank accounts. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name — depositing on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Tk8 is not responsible for any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by the selected payment method.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as your tk8 account.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Tk8 aims to process approved withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the withdrawal method and verification requirements.
• Tk8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is suspected fraudulent activity or a need for further investigation.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds that have not yet met the bonus wagering requirements will be automatically rejected.

Tk8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, special sports event promotions, and exclusive VIP rewards. All offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Received bonuses have a validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Only one deposit bonus may be active in an account at any one time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Tk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to our sole discretion.
• Bonus abuse, including hedge wagering to meet rollover requirements, is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.

Tk8 uses a sophisticated detection system to identify abnormal betting patterns or promotion abuse. Members confirmed to have abused the promotions system may face withdrawal restrictions, bonus cancellation, or account closure depending on the severity of the violation.

All bets placed through the tk8 platform are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, except under circumstances specifically stated in the relevant game rules.

• Tk8 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors or incorrect data entry.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting the integrity of a game or match, TK8 reserves the right to declare bets void and refund the wagered amount.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are displayed on the platform and may vary by game, market, and member status.
• Bets placed after the actual result is known (late bets) will be voided without notice.
• For casino games, all games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes cannot be disputed on grounds of personal dissatisfaction.
• Early cash-out is available for selected markets subject to terms and the value calculated by the system at the time the request is made.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TK8 platform and may result in immediate account closure and balance freeze without notice:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Promotion abuse through hedge wagering, multiple accounts, or coordination with other members.
• Credit card fraud or use of payment methods that are unauthorized, stolen, or belonging to another party.
• Attempted money laundering through a TK8 account.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to conceal your true identity or location in order to bypass restrictions.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward tk8 staff or other members.

Tk8 reserves the right at any time to suspend, restrict, or close any member account with or without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account closure requests submitted by the member through customer support channels.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the TK8 support team. Any valid cash balance (not subject to restrictions) will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, TK8 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses, winnings derived from fraudulent activity, and funds associated with the violation.

Tk8 provides its betting platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will operate without interruption, errors, or delays at all times. Occasional technical disruptions are beyond our control and tk8 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of such situations.

• Tk8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Tk8 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account.
• TK8's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Tk8 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or betting market — the game offering may change without prior notice.

All content on the tk8 platform — including brand names, logos, visual designs, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of tk8 or parties that have licensed it to us. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any TK8 content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
• Use of the tk8 name, logo, or trademarks in any context without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Infringement of tk8's intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Tk8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications, registered email, or a notice on the website at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except in emergencies or where legal compliance requires an immediate amendment.

Continued use of the tk8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails to reach a resolution, the dispute will be referred to arbitration conducted in accordance with the established rules.

It is the sole responsibility of each member to ensure that their use of the TK8 platform complies with the laws and regulations of their country or region of residence. TK8 makes no legal warranties regarding the use of the platform outside specific jurisdictions.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted or amended to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all other provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
